As the CEO, Joseph focuses on the realization of gWorks’ purpose, vision, and mission through strategy, capital allocation, and mergers & acquisitions. As the President, he devotes his efforts to alignment behind and execution of our strategy and values.
After obtaining his bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame, Joseph served ten years in the United States Navy as an Intelligence Officer. He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School where he has also been a guest speaker about small business leadership on multiple occasions.
Joseph joined gWorks in 2015 (then GIS Workshop) when he acquired the company.
As the Executive Vice President of Product & Client Success, Janelle focuses on our mission of developing and delivering simple, intuitive products that solve our clients’ problems and ensuring these solutions help clients achieve their goals. Janelle has a wide range of experience including Client Success, Account Management, Product Design & Ownership, R&D, Sales, and Marketing.
Janelle obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and then a Master’s Degree from Columbia University in New York City.
Janelle has more than 15 years of experience working in client-facing positions, ensuring clients are receiving value throughout their entire life-cycle. She has been with gWorks since 2012.
Quinton is the Vice President of Marketing who works with local governments to help them identify solutions that positively impact their communities.
He believes that leveraging technology to increase operational efficiency and accuracy, improve the quality of life for residents. and create a desired destination for businesses are top priorities for local governments of all sizes.
Quinton has over a decade of experience working in the GovTech space and enjoys meeting people that share his passion for making local government work better.
As the Vice President of Sales, Dustin focuses on working with government agencies to understand how to overcome challenges and improve processes to better serve residents. Dustin has worked in and with local government for the last 15 years in a variety of roles from Communications Officer, City Councilor, and Process/Technology Consultant.
Dustin has long advocated for utilizing technology to increase staff efficiency while improving resident engagement. He will work to deliver a customer experience focused on solving problems creatively through the use of gWorks’ technology.
Dustin obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from Kansas State University and an MBA from Baker University.
As gWorks’ Controller, Gary is involved in the accounting operations of the company and establishing and monitoring internal controls. Gary brings a wealth of experience from decades working as a CFO or a Controller for a variety of companies including a venture capital company, a private equity company, a regional manufacturer, and a multi-location brick and mortar retailer with a large eCommerce presence.
Gary is a lifelong Nebraska resident and has been a member of the gWorks team since 2019.
