Moving away from our previous provider to SimpleCity was one of the best decisions the City has ever made. The user friendliness of the software cannot be overstated. The big advantage however is not just the software but the support. Many of the staff have experience being in your shoes so they understand what you are going through and how to help.

Blair has used the SimpleCity software for accounting, utilities and payroll for decades. We’ve recently added more modules, increasing the quality of the services we provide while reducing our costs and time spent on routine processes. The support we've received from staff has been excellent. We look forward to greater utilization of gWorks for years to come.

Being a small town, we don’t have many of the same capabilities and resources available to bigger cities. We don’t have a lot of opportunity for new and improved technology. gWorks gives us access to the new technology we need and will be easy to maintain going forward with our limited staff.  gWorks has been tremendous to work with!

What I like most about working with gWorks: Friendly staff. Affordability, especially when compared to other options out there. The consistency of product and effort. Accuracy. The staff answers our questions promptly.  We are much more precise in all of our parcel adjustments. We can show the taxpayer what we are doing and why we're doing it.

Very user-friendly. If I have any questions, the staff is always very helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and able to explain to me what I need to know to work on a project. I never have had to wait long for someone to get back to me after I have called or e-mailed them. gWorks always listens to requests for new ideas to implement for the better use of the product.

     We are simply ecstatic about the new system; I can't believe how easy it is to use and how much time it's going to save us.The website has made it easier to record and track changes, which has been a real problem in the past. I just wish we had done it sooner.

The staff at gWorks has been absolutely great, and have assisted and taught me a lot of helpful and useful information. I always feel like a valued customer when dealing with gWorks. No matter what idea I have had to improve the website the staff has assisted with the correct tool or product, which made my job easier and more efficient. I have gained a lot of time, because the data is available to the public.

I wish all companies I work with had the response time and enthusiasm as gWorks. They have been able to deliver everything I asked for. I would say they have a top notch team to be able to do that. My expectations are exceeded every time I work with them. One of these days I am bound to catch a staff member having a bad day, but it hasn't happened yet in 7 years.

We have had gWorks for three years. Each year by using mapping, we have been able to add value by updating incorrect soils or by discovering new structures, that it had paid for itself. The fact that gWorks has the ability to put all departments in one spot is awesome. Mapping updates are completed within a day. It's amazing! gWorks staff is super smart! 

   My overall experience of changing to gWorks… Easy, professional, incredible! From the minute we received the first visit through the actual going live day with the programmers, it was exciting! It assures me that the product is really good when everyone you deal with is knowledgeable and enthusiastic. They believe in their products and company, and it shows!

I appreciate the user-friendly format of the GIS website. I am not technology savvy, but this product is simple to navigate and assists with multiple jobs in the office so that more can be done in less time. gWorks is right there to help! It is an amazing service and worth every dollar!  I cannot imagine my office running smoothly without gWorks. I LOVE it and NEVER want to give it up!!!
